Refund policy

Return accepted for 14 days. We do not accept returns for change of mind. We only accept returns for faulty products.

To start a return, you can contact us at doveloveshop@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the shop address. When you start a return, the return address will be provided to you. If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send it. Items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
